Practical Information for Daughters of Destiny Quarterly Retreat August  22nd 2020

The Retreat will hold on Zoom on Saturday 22nd August 2020. It will be a 6 hours retreat of two sessions  with break in between. It will be starting at 12noon CET/11.00am Nigeria time.

The meeting code will be sent via email at least two hours before the retreat start. 

The retreat will be a time of intense prayer and the word led by Evangelist Toyin Fatunsin and she will be joined by other servants of God to minister under the influence of the Holy Spirit.

Our Testimony from Past Retreats

The first edition of Daughters of Destiny Retreat mainly for women in  was held in Zaragoza Spain in January 2017.

The Lord did great and mighty things during the retreats with testimonies following. In the first edition in January 27 2017, women came together to fast and pray and from that meeting the Lord began a new work in our lives and the nation as a whole. One of the women trusting God for the fruit of the womb received a word from the Lord during the retreat and went back home with it, the following month she conceived and exactly nine days before the last edition of the retreat in November 2017, she put to bed a bouncing baby boy just as the word came. She believed the Lord and got her miracle.

Two women received the touch of God and received grace to write, they were inspired by the Lord and their books were dedicated between the second and third edition of the retreat. One of the husbands who used to drive his wife down to the venue from another city also got a touch from the Lord by the virtue of the bringing his wife and others, he published a book after many years of nursing the dream of publishing.

In one of the edition of the retreat, a women was delivered by the power of God and became liberated to serve the Lord like never before. Promotion, new jobs, breakthrough are some of the testimonies from the retreat. The Lord moved in our midst and he directed us to take the retreat to other states in Spain from 2018 from Friday 26th-Saturday 27th January 2018, the retreat was held in Malaga Spain. 

In 2019, the retreat was back to Zaragoza Spainin January with the theme "I WILL DO A NEW THING" and various editions was held that same year. In 2020 January, the first edition for the year was held for two days in Barcelona Spain 24-25 January and in the peak of the Covid -19 of 2020, the quarterly retreat was held online for the first time April 22nd/23rd 2020 with women joining from over 23 countries. It turned out to be the most attended in 2017 and highly impacting.
