1. Highlights of the conference:
Special Seminars, Interactive sessions, prayer session, powerful word ministration and video teachings from great women of God among many. Our Seminar speakers this year have been chosen from various nations in various ministerial offices. The speakers will be unveiled shortly.
2. Feeding:
Breakfast is included in your hotel reservation at the hotel every morning. There is a subsidized fee of 50euros for Lunch and Dinner buffet for the conference to be handled by a professional caterer.
3. Accommodation:
There are affordable room at the venue, kindly indicate when registering if you will like to reserve a room or share a room. The prices are indicated in the form is per night.
-Double Shared room (2 in a room) 40euro per person per night.
-Single Occupancy 65euro per night.
4. Hotel Information:
Hotel Avant is situated at Avenida. de las Estaciones, 20 Pol. Ind. Las Monjas, 28850 Torrejón de Ardoz Madrid Spain. The hotel is about 15-20 minutes from Madrid International Airport. It is a 4 star hotel with good amenities to make the conference meeting comfortable. There is a free airport shuttle bus that can be arranged for you if you send us your itinerary ahead of time. You can also choose to arrive by personal taxi or take a local bus from the airport terminal to arrive at the venue.
5. Registration:
A token fee of €30(25 Euro) has been fixed as the registration fee for this year conference and can be paid after registration for the conference. Details will be sent to you after registering online.
7. Conference Materials & Special Items
There is a customized T-shirt (Polo shirt) available 15 euro for interested participants onsite and online. Available sizes are M-XXXL. It is included in the conference fee.
EVERY PARTICIPANTS IS EXPECTED TO GET AN HAND FLAG OF COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE READY FOR THE CONFERENCE
